New Delhi: Social messaging app WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Facebook Messenger — all Facebook services were briefly down around the world. Many users had been posting on Twitter about not being able to log into any of the Facebook services
Services were restored around 11:42 PM IST. Users online had begun reporting trouble at about 10:55 PM IST.
