Mahindra to showcase Electric XUV300 in Auto Expo 2020
New Delhi: As the Auto lovers is gearing up for up coming Auto Expo in Greater Noida, So the companies. As the sources confirmed Auto maker Mahindra and Mahindra to showcase Electric version of SUV XUV300.
XUV300 electric SUV isn’t expected to be vastly different from the standard model in the context of design. So, while the overall silhouette will remain the same, it will come bearing ample cosmetic changes to differentiate it from its internal combustion engine-powered counterpart. This will include a closed front grille, probably blue accents or decals, and revised badging. Inside, Mahindra could offer a handful of distinctive updates on the EV model, such as a bigger multi-information display and new instrument panel among other things.We also know that the XUV300 EV’s 380 volt battery pack will be supplied by Korean battery manufacturer LG Chem. The car will offer a standard driving range of 200 km per charge. Mahindra is also expected to launch an extended range variant which will offer a driving range of 350 km to 450 km per single charge.The Mahindra XUV300 electric’s price then — it is a tad early to speculate the price tag. Then there’s also the fact that there’s not a whole lot we know about the car yet. However, it is fair to assume that the Mahindra XUV300 EV’s standard range model could be cheaper than the Tata Nexon EV, which promises a driving range of 300+ km/charge and is expected to get a price tag ranging between ₹15 lakh to ₹17 lakh (ex-showroom).
